When Bounce approached NFN Labs with their scooter-sharing vision, we saw an opportunity. Our team analyzed the requirements and designed a Flutter/Flask hybrid architecture with MQTT bridging physical devices and the app.

The app also facilitates the users for swapping their batteries, checking their servicing history, request for roadside assistance, uploading their vehicle documents and multiple other features. Features like battery monitoring subscribed to live scooter data streamed over this pipeline. Geofencing also integrated location streams.

To ensure quality, our team tested by riding scooters with the app. This validated features worked seamlessly in real-world use. Automated tools strengthened reliability of the user experience.
